These Green Chile Stacked Enchiladas are a flavorful and satisfying dish that combines layers of corn tortillas, green chile sauce, cheese, and your choice of protein. It's a perfect meal for a family dinner or a gathering with friends.

Ingredients

  • 12-14 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded chicken or beef
  • 2 cups green chile sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream, avocado, and cilantro for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
