- 2 cups turnips, peeled and diced

Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and cook until they start to sizzle.
- Add the diced turnips and stir to coat with the oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir to combine and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chopped cilantro and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes more, or until the turnips are tender.
- Serve warm with rice or naan.
