Ingredients
2 cups pitted dates
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions
Add the dates, almonds, walnuts, and coconut to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and combined.
Add the vanilla extract and salt and pulse again until everything is well combined.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, and pour the mixture into the dish.
Press the mixture firmly into the dish. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to harden.
Once hardened, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
