Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Add the dates, almonds, walnuts, and coconut to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt and pulse again until everything is well combined.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, and pour the mixture into the dish.
- Press the mixture firmly into the dish. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to harden.
- Once hardened, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
