Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
  2. Thread the chicken cubes, bell peppers, and onion onto metal skewers.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning once, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Brush the kabobs with the melted butter and serve.
