- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Thread the chicken cubes, bell peppers, and onion onto metal skewers.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning once, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Brush the kabobs with the melted butter and serve.
