Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in chocolate chips until completely melted.
- Add evaporated milk and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts, if desired.
- Drop spoonfuls of the fudge mixture onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
