Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  2. Mix until the ingredients are well blended.
  3. Stir in the chopped fruit, raisins, and nuts until they are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.
  6. Let cool before serving.
