Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

Add the pumpkin puree and vegetable broth and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before pureeing with an immersion blender.
Season to taste with additional salt and pepper and serve.
