Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oats and pecans until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the apples, white sugar, nutmeg and allspice. Spoon the apple mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle the caramel topping over the apples. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until apples are tender.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
