Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oats and pecans until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the apples, white sugar, nutmeg and allspice. Spoon the apple mixture over the crust.
Drizzle the caramel topping over the apples. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Cool before cutting into bars.
