Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
