Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and honey to make the spicy sweet mayo. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, season ground turkey with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
