Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Stir in pasta; cook, uncovered, until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in cilantro; cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
