Ingredients

  • 1 cup quince, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the quince, cranberries, sugar, and vinegar.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the ginger, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and cloves.
  5. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
