1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, salt, pepper and cayenne; cook and stir until bubbly, about 5 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
Stir in broccoli, corn and cheese. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, 30 to 40 minutes.
