Spicy Teriyaki Spam and Pineapple on a Hawaiian Roll

Ingredients

  • 4 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 can SPAM Teriyaki Flavor
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine diced pineapple, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, olive oil, and sesame oil. Mix until combined.
  3. Spread pineapple mixture on top of Hawaiian rolls.
  4. Cut SPAM into slices and lay on top of pineapple mixture.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until SPAM is crispy and pineapple is caramelized.
  6. Serve warm.
