Ingredients
- 4 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 can SPAM Teriyaki Flavor
- 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced pineapple, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, olive oil, and sesame oil. Mix until combined.
- Spread pineapple mixture on top of Hawaiian rolls.
- Cut SPAM into slices and lay on top of pineapple mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until SPAM is crispy and pineapple is caramelized.
- Serve warm.
