Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Peel and slice oranges and lemons into thin slices.
  2. Place orange and lemon slices in a bowl.
  3. Add blackberries, raspberries and cranberries to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle honey over the fruit.
  5. Gently stir the fruit until evenly coated with honey.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
