Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, broccoli, bell pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat.
  3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add to shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Spread shrimp and vegetables on a large sheet pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
