Ingredients
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, broccoli, bell pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add to shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
Spread shrimp and vegetables on a large sheet pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Serve immediately.
