Directions

- Sprinkle the wonton strips, pickled vegetables, and green onions over the crepe. Cook for another minute, until the bottom is golden brown.
- Using a spatula, carefully flip the crepe over. Cook for another minute, until the bottom is golden brown.
- Remove the crepe from the skillet and place it onto a plate. Drizzle with the spicy sauce and serve immediately.
