Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup wonton wrappers, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup pickled vegetables
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons spicy sauce

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour, oil, and salt. Slowly add the water and stir until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a ladle of the crepe batter and spread it evenly in the pan. Cook for about 1 minute, until the edges begin to brown.
  3. Sprinkle the wonton strips, pickled vegetables, and green onions over the crepe. Cook for another minute, until the bottom is golden brown.
  4. Using a spatula, carefully flip the crepe over. Cook for another minute, until the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Remove the crepe from the skillet and place it onto a plate. Drizzle with the spicy sauce and serve immediately.
