  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried basil, and dried parsley.
  2. Dredge the frog legs in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add frog legs to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove frog legs from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Stir in chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  9. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  10. Return frog legs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
