Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the sour cream, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the pork chops with the sauce spooned over the top.
