Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almonds, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine the almonds, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and cardamom in a medium bowl and mix together.
  3. Add the honey, oil, and salt to the almond mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Spread the almond mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and serve with toast, crackers, or as a dip.
