Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large stockpot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is just browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the beef and stir to combine.
