Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, chili powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the pork ribs and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, white vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion.
  5. Pour the mixture over the ribs and cover the baking dish with foil.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until ribs are tender.
  7. Remove foil, brush ribs with the mojo sauce, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
  8. Serve with a side of white rice.
