Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, chili powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the pork ribs and place in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, white vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion.
- Pour the mixture over the ribs and cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until ribs are tender.
- Remove foil, brush ribs with the mojo sauce, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with a side of white rice.
