- 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook and stir until the vegetables are tender. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon the mixture onto the toasted buns and serve.
