Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups salted soda crackers
Directions
- Grease a 9x13 inch pan with butter.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the butter, corn syrup, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is melted and the mixture is bubbly.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until completely blended.
- Stir in the soda crackers until evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
