Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
  6. Lay out the tortillas on a work surface and top each one with avocado slices, chicken strips, and chopped basil.
  7. Roll up the wraps and cut in half.
