Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add the white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.

- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot over cooked pasta or rice.
