Ingredients
2 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, walnuts, cashews, and cranberries. Stir until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour over oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Spread granola mixture into prepared baking pan and press down firmly. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then cut into bars and allow to cool completely.
