Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the wings onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the wings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
