Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the wings onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the wings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
