Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 slider buns, toasted
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, Chinese five-spice powder, scallions, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Form the turkey mixture into 12 equal size patties.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve the patties on toasted slider buns with your choice of toppings.
