Directions
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, Chinese five-spice powder, scallions, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Form the turkey mixture into 12 equal size patties.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serve the patties on toasted slider buns with your choice of toppings.
