Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the almond flour mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
