Ingredients
- ½ pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the pork, garlic, ginger, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and vegetable oil. Mix to combine.
- Place the pork mixture into a medium steamer basket and place in a large pot with a lid. Add enough water to the pot to reach the bottom of the steamer basket. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and steam until the pork is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the pork to a serving plate and sprinkle with the cilantro. Serve warm.
