Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil over high heat.
Add the eggs and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the pot and place in a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes.
Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the yolks into a small bowl and mash them with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper to the egg yolks and mix until well combined.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
Sprinkle with additional smoked paprika and serve.
