Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise.
  2. Using a fork, lightly smash the cucumber halves to slightly break up the flesh.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to combine.
  5. Sprinkle the parsley and dill over the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
