Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes.
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped.
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds.
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds.
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts.
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil.
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the coconut flakes, almonds, cashews, walnuts, flax seeds, chia seeds, and hemp hearts.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until all ingredients are well coated.
  5. Spread the granola mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir the granola and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
