Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs venison roast or steaks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, garlic, and vegetable oil. Stir to combine.
- Place the venison in a slow cooker and pour the teriyaki mixture over it. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, or until the venison is tender.
- When the venison is done, serve it with steamed rice and vegetables.
