Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, cranberries, coconut flakes, honey, cinnamon, and canola oil. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove granola from oven and let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooled granola, chopped apple, banana slices, and yogurt. Stir until combined.
