Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, cranberries, coconut flakes, honey, cinnamon, and canola oil. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove granola from oven and let cool completely.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the cooled granola, chopped apple, banana slices, and yogurt. Stir until combined.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
