Directions

Roll out the pastry dough and cut into circles that are slightly larger than the tart pans.
Press the circles into the tart pans.
Spoon the raisin-currant filling into the pastry dough lined tart pans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
