Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the salad and mix until combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
