Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground espresso beans
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, butter, granulated sugar, and espresso beans. Mix until crumbly.
- Press mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and walnuts. Sprinkle over crust.
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream and confectioners' sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over chocolate and walnuts.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
