- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Sprinkle the flour over the garlic and butter mixture, and whisk continuously for about 2 minutes until the flour is golden brown.

- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and half of the crumbled bacon. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Once the bacon alfredo sauce is ready, make 8 wells in the sauce with a spoon and crack an egg into each well.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle the remaining crumbled bacon and chopped fresh parsley over the top.
- Serve the skillet-baked eggs hot with some crusty bread or toast on the side. Enjoy!
