Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large Dutch oven or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the pot and set aside.
