Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish, and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite chips or crackers.
