Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, flour, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour the raspberry mixture into the crust.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
