Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) package dry spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, garlic, and onion until sausage is evenly brown. Drain grease.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix sausage mixture, marinara sauce, and spaghetti. Stir in mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and spaghetti is tender.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley on top, and serve.
