Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine quinoa, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, until quinoa is cooked through.
- Add broccoli florets to the saucepan and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until broccoli is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
