Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 package lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, refried beans, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the meat mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the cooked lasagna noodles over the meat mixture.
- Spread remaining meat mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
