Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and onion to the skillet and cook until the potatoes are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey or sugar to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
