Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried red beans
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
