Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley
- 1 pound of linguini
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until the shrimp is evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp mixture. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Add the lemon juice and parsley and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Meanwhile, cook the linguini according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Add the cooked linguini to the skillet with the shrimp and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
