Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 pound of linguini

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until the shrimp is evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp mixture. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp is cooked through.
  3. Add the lemon juice and parsley and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the linguini according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. Add the cooked linguini to the skillet with the shrimp and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
