Easy No-Bake Strawberry Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
• 1/3 cup of melted butter
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 pints of strawberry ice cream
• 1/2 cup of strawberry jam
• 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
2. Press the graham cracker mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Make sure the bottom and sides are evenly covered.
3. Let the crust cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
4. Scoop the strawberry ice cream into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
5. Spread the strawberry jam on top of the ice cream.
6. Sprinkle the sliced strawberries on top.
7. Put the cake back into the freezer for at least 1 hour before serving.
