Ingredients

Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Make sure the bottom and sides are evenly covered.
- Let the crust cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Scoop the strawberry ice cream into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
- Spread the strawberry jam on top of the ice cream.
- Sprinkle the sliced strawberries on top.
- Put the cake back into the freezer for at least 1 hour before serving.
